Use of the Services
You agree not to disrupt or probe the security of the Services, introduce malicious code, reverse-engineer the app, or scrape the website in ways that harm its performance.
Your Data
Brushing session data is stored locally on your device and synced only via your own iCloud or Google account. Ventura Nomadica does not have access to this data and is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or a failure to maintain backups.
Intellectual Property
The Brushy app, website content, branding, and design are owned by Ventura Nomadica unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable law. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or distribute substantial portions of the Services without written permission.
No Professional Advice
The Services provide general information only and do not constitute dental, medical, health, or other professional advice. Brushy tracks brushing time and does not diagnose, treat, or guide dental or health conditions.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or freedom from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventura Nomadica is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of brushing session data stored on your device.

The Services and these Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
